About Voip Telekom
We started our activities in 2002, by implementing infrastructure projects that provided multi-branch companies make the phone calls between headquarters and braches for free. In process, we continued by implementing Internet Phone Service Provider infrastructure for enterprises that wanted to provide Alternative Telecom Service across Turkey.
In 2006, we established Türksat A.Ş.’s call center and operated it for 5 years.
In 2008, we established İGDAŞ’s call center and operated it for 1 year. With the İGDAŞ project, we were awarded the best new call center award in the IMI contest that is held every year among Call Centers in Turkey.
Since 2009, we are providing voip services to organizations and individuals as Alternative Telecom Operator with the Land Line Services (STH) license we acquired from Information Technologies and Communication Institution (BTK).
